JAIPUR: Following a clash over property dispute, two men were killed and three others injured in Chomu police station area on Sunday. Police have
lodged cases from both the sides.
According to the police, the deceased are Narayan Lal (75) and Omprakash (30). "Narayan Lal had four sons who, in the past, had been involved in fights following a property dispute in the family," said a police officer.
He added that one group blocked a road leading to their ancestral agricultural road on Sunday morning. "It started the clash and both parties used axes and sticks following which Naryan Lal and Omprakash were badly injured," said the officer.
He added that police have yet not arrested anyone in the matter. "Both parties have registered cases against each-other and the matter is under investigation. We are recording the statements of people involved in the clash and will arrest the guilty soon," the officer added.
