JAIPUR: A 30-year-old bus-owner was killed by a man after the cable wire in the latter’s house got entangled in the mini-bus of the victim. The
accused, Sunil Kapoor (22), who was absconding after the incident was arrested from Jaipur railway station late in the night.
According to the police, the cable wire of Sunil’s residence was broken after it got entangled in the mini-bus of one Ranjan in the Mahadev Nagar area. Offended over the incident, Sunil confronted Ranjan and his brother Dharmendra. The dispute was settled on the intervention of local public and the accused returned home. However, again around 4 in the evening, Sunil entered Ranjan’s house and attacked him with an iron rod.
Ranjan received serious head injuries in the unexpected attack and was immediately rushed to the SMS hospital while the accused fled the spot. A team under circle officer Raghuveer Saini arrested Sunil.
